"The tech that came out and talked with me was excellent. He told me he would pull my vehicle out. I waited about 15 minutes and nobody came to get me. When I came out of the waiting room I noticed my car was parked on the side . I went up to the counter to see if my vehicle was ready. The gentleman at the counter was very abrupt when I asked if my vehicle was ready. He was rude in his response saying he had other customers that he was taking care of. I told him he didn’t need to be rude. He snickered. I asked for a manager and he said he was it and laughed at me. I told him that was a pretty poor behavior for a manager to act and he laughed again at me. We have bought tires from them before and was never treated like this."

"Clean, efficient and thorough. I was in and out the facility in less than a hour for what I had done to my car. They could have just sold me a new tire at an inflated price, but they chose to check my existing tire; were able to fix it and saved me the price of a new one. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family."

"Had an appointment for 4pm. They were way behind so I wasn't seen to after 515. I had to sit in a single chair in the main tire room because the lounge was totally filled. I was lucky at least I had a chair. The men behind the counter were kind and professional so I have no fault there. When my car was done I pulled out of their driveway and my tire light went on immediately. I the had to find a business to go in and turn around and go right back to dunn. My tire pressures were low. One tire was a 21 instead of 37. You would think they would check all 4 new tires they put on moments ago to make sure they were at the correct number for my car. He checked and fixed 3 tires. Then I left again and the light was on still and did not go off. So I checked and the one he didn't check was low at 30. I came back 2 days and they fixed the tires again and checked to make sure the nuts were still tightened and left. They are nice people and have good product but I shouldn't have to come back. They should of checked the tires the first time and not rushed because it was close to closing time."

"Was very pleased that they schedule appointments for inspections as opposed to first come, first served. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They had my vehicle completed within a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining their findings. I have visited them a couple of times now and will return the next time we need service."

"I purchased tires and also had a NYS inspection. The service rep reviewed various tire options and allowed me to make an informed decision. He was very helpful and not at a pushy. The service was then done perfectly and in a timely manner. A very nice experience all around ."
