"Normally don't write reviews but felt the need. My wiper motor went on my vehicle, couldn't get in at garage I usually go to. Called Bethford they were able to get me the next day. I called Napa and Auto zone for price between $75 and $120 for part. They called and said it would be $605 I was like really he said wiper arms also had to be replaced. When it was done he said it was $465 didn't need wiper arms. Pick it up and notice $200 for motor. I call next day and ask if they upcharge for parts nope u pay what we pay I proceed to tell him the prices at autozone and Napa he said we don't call around for prices but somehow he knew Napa didn't have it in stock. Tells me he only deals with dealership so I call Basil $136 Westherr (where he said it came from)$144. I also goggled replacing motor- easy access basically need screwdriver and socket wrench estimate an hour. I was charged an hour and half labor at almost $200. Not to mention $13 for a fuse. It would have been cheaper to take to dealership! So much for supporting small business..Let me refresh your memory on our conversation. I said I couldn't wait 2 weeks for my regular garage to get it in. Also I did wait on the part. Dropped it off Wednesday nite and picked it up Friday afternoon. My main question which you fail to address is the price of the part. WestHerr ( where you said part came from) was $144 yet you charged $200. Please explain."

"I stopped in to have a flat tire looked at to see if it could be repaired, it couldn't. The guys explained why and were able to give me a great deal on a replacement. They didn't try to upsell or take advantage. They took my car in right away, replaced it and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you so much, I will be recommending your shop to anyone I know needing repairs."

"Would not recommend if you value your time and money, horrible experience. Bethford claimed to complete the brake lines. Didn't finish the work and then demanded more money to complete job. Make sure before you sign anything you check and see the work is complete. And bring a spare key so they can't keep you out of your vehicle."

"STAY AWAY from this business unless you don't mind paying higher than dealership prices for shade-tree mechanic quality work. I should have known better since my housemate was taken to the cleaner's not too long ago. I was charged over $300.00 for a freaking oil change and installing MY new muffler, using MY new muffler clamp, onto the exhaust pipe I had previously prepared to accept the OEM replacement muffler. Having mechanical experience myself, this work takes 30 minutes to complete, and they charged me $316.00."
