"The owner came to the tow yard that i work at to collect a car. He immidiately started cussing me out because i would not accept his check. (Which is our legal right) he threatened to call his DAUGHTER who is a STATE TROOPER to do DOT spot checks on our trucks. He continued the abuse even after THROWING the cash in my face. I will be placing charges on this pathetic excuse of a man."

"A busy collision shop means they do good work and are in high demand, but sometimes that can mean higher prices. These guys are the real deal- fantastic people and great pricing. My son damaged his drivers side car door right after we bought it & it could not be driven because the door wouldn't shut. Since it needed to get towed I had to know where I was towing it to plus prevented me from taking it to get estimates from different shops. I looked at local reviews, saw Gaylord's had great reviews, so I stopped in with some pics and video. It's an older car for my son to get to work, so I was worried about the cost to fix the door. But they ordered a new door and charged a great price for the door and the work. Super happy with these guys! Highly recommend!"
