"Had an 1100 appointment for an inspection that I scheduled online. Was told there are others before me and it's first come first serve. Was told it would "be a while" because of only one tech. Should take customers with appointments before those walking in. I was told I should call first and the the online appointment just takes all appointments and doesn't manage them. Maybe they should look at all appointments not just those who call. Terrible customer service and poor excuses for delay in doing a simple inspection. Can only imagine how bad it would be if I actually needed tires or vehicle serviced."

"So tried to make an appointment about a week before Black Friday for tires to take advantage of the sale. They could not honor that appointment and we scheduled for a week or from there at 8 AM and prepaid for the tires. We also wanted an oil change, wheel alignment, and a check of the shocks because of the unusual wear on the tires We drop off the car the night before the appointment so they could look at it right at 8. After about 6.5 hours I had not heard anything so I called about the status. They said they saw it in the light with two tires off. When asked about the check of the shocks they seemed puzzled and then the master technician magically said they were fine. Maybe they are, or maybe they wanted us of the phone. Either way it was finally done. We stop by to pick it up later and the receipt shows no alignment and no report was provided. We asked for the report and the person why to hide in the bays hoping we'd leave. When we didn't they sent someone else out who gave is the report and ran away. The report was for an Acadia, but it was the wrong VIN, wrong model year, and wrong date of service. I can accept oversights being made, but it's so much worse to lie to me. Just not a great experience at all and I certainly wouldn't recommend this location to anyone."

"I had a appointment for 4:00pm. I called around 1pm and asked if I could add on a nys inspection with the 4 tires and alignment I was already scheduled for. The service manager was SO friendly and ensured it would be taken care of. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was met with exceptional customer service. Chris-the service manager was not only kind, but helpful and made everything easy. The phone kept ringing and he took the calls, placed on hold and still took care of me with a smile and friendly tone. When Chris called to let me know my vehicle was ready, he thanked me for my time, gave a short report and said I could come pick it up. Employees in busy environments seem to lack customer service, However Chris did not. He went above and beyond and made stressful, costly situations easy. I even noticed the way he was with the mechanics (kind,helpful) and I feel like he is a great role model and should be recognized. Thank you Chris for being kind and getting the job done! ~2020 Chevy equinox"

"Great service. Brake issue while 400 miles from home. Made an appointment on line for the next morning, analysis within 10 minutes and fixed and on the road 1 hour after appointment time. Thanks for getting us back on the road."

"Went in for a inspection. Ask service rep if can have tech put registration sticker on as well. He said they are pretty good about that if on the front seat which it was. Service rep said my car was done. I ask service rep again if they put the registration sticker on. He repeated what he said before yea their good about that. Went to my car and on my floor were 2 big boot foot prints in grease were on my floor mat. They should of put something on the floor so that would not have happened. Also, the registration sticker was not put on appears it was never mentioned to confirm to put on. When I got home I noticed all my change from my change compartment had been taken. It was there when I left my car locked there few dollars worth taken. Very disappointed in this pep boys on McKinley. Pkwy."
