"A very crowded little housing community. Although, it was very self contained and surprisingly well maintained. Usually places this large, in my experience, are not taken care of very well and become slums. Bit this place seems pretty good."

"They do not keep the property clean except the main office. The owner also does not care about the property. They come in your apartments without permission a lot. Also would recommend keeping all money order receipts because their books tend to be off. There is a heavy amount of smoking in most buildings and they do not follow NYS law on protecting non smokers. Children are not watched by their parents a lot too causing multiple problems from burglary to disruptive noise for hours in the common areas."
