"Very run down and low maintenance. 675 a month for rent ( a friends monthly rent ) which i believe is way over priced for the stability and environment there . traffic there is bad to. Alot of people in and out at all hours of the night with no hesitation of being loud and obnoxious ."

"We walked into the room and were immediately greeted to drywall that had fallen from the ceiling onto the bed and one of those disgusting beds was soaking wet from the roof leaking. its like a run down flop house ..holes in the wall covered in duct tape food stains on the sheets that look like someone ate pizza while they slept ashtrays supposedly in a non smoking room furniture that honestly looked like they picked it out of someones trash I just hope no one was murdered or something here the place genuinely gives me the creeps!!! and the office guy comes out fresh out of bed looking like ha had just come off a wild night to rent me a room....the lobby was nice though resembled the dump room at a nasty bottle return place and the stench of trash was overwhelming...We are out of here!!"

"DO NOT STAY THERE. Bathroom disgusting. Room a mess. Guess why? The guy booked us a room that was already booked for the month and had someone come in while I was getting dress and my child in the room. We rented it fora week and a few days in a cop flashed his lights in the window at 6am and banged on the door looking for someone who was supposed to be living there. And later that day the guy that was supposed to be renting there came into my room. We left early from the place. All the management said was sorry . Did nothing to compensate us. If you value your privacy and safety. DO NOT STAY HERE. even though rent is cheap"

"The managers are always willing to help when needed. The owners of the place however are absolutely horrible. The don't keep the drive way clear of snow and ice. If it weren't for the people who owned this place this would be a five star. Room we stayed in was nice for the price we paid."

"Bedbugs in room 16. Wow, staying here was a big mistake. We strayed from our personal rule of staying in name brand hotels and checked in for the week here. I walked into my room and thought it smelled weird. Thought, no biggie, I'll burn a candle. The floor in the whole room including the bathroom was wavy and unlevel. The toilet was loose on the floor, rocked when I sat on it. The floor of the shower was wavy, couldn't adjust the sprayer to stop spraying me in the face, the temperature changed drastically 5 or 6 times while I was taking my shower. The image on the tv was too large for the setting, and cut off the bottom of the image. After spending the evening in my room watching tv on top of the covers, I decided it was time for bed and turned back the sheets, to find a bedbug on it. Creeped me out, and I decided to check the other bed. Didn't see any bugs, but I'm so terrified of bringing them home accidentally, I didn't trust it, and slept in the back of our company truck that night. I went back in around midnight to go to the bathroom, and turned the light on to find at least 6 bugs on the bed I had planned on sleeping in, and one on the other bed in the room. In the morning, we canceled the rest of our reservation, and they refused to refund us our money until they checked the room. We spoke to them later, and they said they didn't find anything, except that it was daytime, and bedbugs are mostly nocturnal. We were told to go speak to the owner, residing at another hotel. After explaining what happened, and showing them the pictures I had taken, they agreed to refund the money to our credit card for the rest of the week. We will see if they follow thru. If not, we will go after them."
