"No one at front desk most of the time so waited ages to check in or get any service during our stay. Reservation for a suite was not honoured; they gave us a regular room and charged the same. Internet was spotty. No front door security. Creamers for coffee were all curdled. Very empty place and little to no staff on duty, it seems."
"This travel lodge has lots going for it. We loved the location and hot breakfast and the room was clean and staff friendly. It's upside potential is huge like doing minor things to spruce it up - painting, change few items like vent fans and other minor upgrades and it will be punching above its peers on the street. We would consider staying here as we did last time."
"Room felt dated, but it was cozy and had nice features! Like a heat lamp in the bathroom and a hairdryer at a decent price. Check-in is quite late compared to other stays. Location is very convenient."
"New management took over. Rooms were cleaned but this establishment needs TLC. The new owners have not heard painting is a must! Prices were more when we arrived than what was posted on the website. Continental breakfast is fair but found acceptable to start your day! Coffee is awful taste like sour water!"
"Ewww was my 1st impression. The place is disgustingly dirty. After showering, I walked across the carpet to the bed & my feet were black on the bottom! Glad I noticed before getting under the covers. I rewashed my feet & never went barefoot again. There was dust in corners & hanging from the ceiling. The chair looked so gross, we went nowhere near it. The place is very dated, which would be fine if it were clean. There was a leak in the ceiling of the back entrance with a trash can to catch the leaks. Yuck! The only reason we stayed is because there was no time to find another place & no bedbugs found. If I had seen any, I would have slept in my car. I'll never go again!"
