Hilton Garden Inn Watertown/Thousand Islands

"Preferred place to stay on my business trips. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms are a bit dated and the elevator is as slow as a snail but the restaurant and bar makes up for it. Also has a decent weight room and pool (standard). It’s also within walking distance of a coffee shop and other dining establishments. Breakfast is good but I love the dinner here!"

"Front desk staff and housekeeping were always friendly and attentive. Located close to numerous restaurants within walking distance and most other businesses just a short drive. My only complaint is the restaurant at the hotel. The food is average at best for what you pay and the waitstaff need training. I would invite the management to take a hard look at their restaurant operation and observe the major flaws that need to be corrected. As a guest why do I need to hear about their personal problems, go up to the bar to refill my water with backs turned to me, go searching for my waitress to get my bill, and over all just deal with low end service? A basic tip for your staff. If you’re going to serve someone a soda out of a plastic 20oz bottle, take the wet price sticker off. I’ve stayed at this location twice now and the poor quality of the restaurant experience is my only complaint."

"This is a Hilton so it's always up to their standard! That means your room will be ready for you and comfortable as well. This particular Hilton was a just bit tricky to find amongst other similar hotels and a bit more geared to quick traveler stays. It is exactly what you need for an easy, convenient stay."

"I will never stay here again for the following reason. They offer housekeeping ONLY Monday, Wednesday, Friday. For me, it reeks of greed - making money on the backs of the staff who now get to have a job Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It put a bad taste in my mouth. And, this hotel is possibly the most expensive in Watertown. True, you can request cleaning - WOW - but actually the front desk didn't tell me that. (I don't blame them - I should have known from the app?) A good hotel ruined by franchise greed."

"I hosted my room block at this hotel for my wedding. The rooms were fine--nothing special, but relatively clean and spacious. Some of my guests complained of a musty smell, but were immediately helped by the front desk staff to a room that better suited them. The lobby is very nice. The bar closes around 11:00pm, and while we wished for another hour, the bartenders for the time we did have there were great! The staff overall was amazing! Particularly the breakfast staff, who were highly accommodating to all of my guests' needs."
