"I resided here from 3/2020 until 6/2022. I had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly. The manager who worked in the office always was quick to respond to maintenance request. As far as staff was concerned I don’t have any issues. Unfortunately, I wasn’t too impressed with the unit. It was clean, and spacious. However, it doesn’t not negate the fact of the much needed renovations. The windows were extremely outdated, leaked hot air in the summer and cold air in the winter. None of the screens fit the windows at all. If you leave your windows open, be prepared to have some unwanted bugs, bees or flys enter the unit. When I departed, the units used electric heat and there was no central air. Being in an upstairs unit I hated summer time. I had three window units in the apartment. There was a copious amounts of time where the unit would not be below 83° in the dead of summer. The complex to my knowledge last utilized National Grid. My electric bills were anywhere from $270.00 on the low end in the winter to $380.00 in the summer. Before anyone comes to a false conjecture. I never had my heat on more than 72° when I was home. I would be gone for 14 hours a day at work. No electric being used. Heat turned off. The bill was still insane. In the summertime it was even worse at all I would only have the air conditioners turn on an hour before I arrived home to avoid higher electric bills. Unfortunately that was never the case. The buildings are very old which holds a lot of heat. For what you pay, the unit it self is not bad. However, In my opinion they seriously need to be completely updated. I currently rent a two bedroom townhouse in a completely different area with a different electric provider. With central air conditioning and a furnace, my bill hasn’t been over $130.00 I have no issues with the staff."

"My move out process spoke words to me. Note: I didn't move out from any problems with my apartment, I moved because I needed to live closer to work to help with my family. I planned on moving to my new apartment months in advance to allow time to settle in my new home before my lease with Gabriel court expired. My new apartment complex decided to schedule my lease signing the day of my planned move out and there was nothing I could do about it and there was not enough time to move everything in time. Gabriel court showed compassion and gave me more time to move out and I am grateful for that. I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because I had MINOR maintenance issues, however they were fixed in an adequate amount of time. The things that were a plus for me were the large laundry rooms, the large storage, great neighborhood, the walls are pretty thick you won't even hear your neighbors, and the playground upkeep. I really wish Parkstead Watertown was closer because I will miss this place"

"Absolutely amazing! Great complex and they have the staff to match. I lived here for almost three years and enjoyed every minute of it. If you’re searching for a place to live, then look no more. Speaking from experience, the apartments are in great condition and very spacious. If I didn’t have to PCS, I’d live here for another three years. This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve seen since I’ve been stationed at Fort Drum. A 5 start scale doesn’t do this complex justice. If I could rate Parkstead Watertown at Thompson Park any higher I definitely would."

"I'm very happy living in this housing community. It's in a great location, the staff are friendly, and the rates are reasonable. My favorite part though is the fact that the staff are active and hold raffles, do back to school events, and have contests. Right now there is a Halloween decorating contest taking place. I've never lived in a community that does anything like that. It makes me feel like they care about more than just the rent."
