"It should be telling that the owner would simply unlock and enter a tenants furnished home, while they were away, to show me what the inside of an apartment looked like. No respect for her tenants privacy at all. In the end I was accused of having a multi-billion dollar bank back-date checks sent to her. Automatic bill pay checks that are drafted and mailed by the bank. My bank covered the landlords additional fees and I moved out at the end of that month. There are many nice places to live while in Watertown, this is not one of them."

"I have lived here for about a year and have found it to be quiet, safe and well maintained. The apartments are attractive. The mailboxes, trash and laundry are all conveniently located inside the building. Maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and the staff always courteous and friendly. "I have lived here for 15 months so far and I am very happy here. Chris, the owner, was very nice and willing to work with me and take a chance when I moved from out of state and I am forever grateful for that. Brook is a fabulous maintenance supervisor, taking care of any issue that arises and going above and beyond to help out. The building is secure, mailbox is indoors, laundry is in the building and cheap (tho sometimes requires 2 dry cycles), extra storage closets downstairs and large closets in apt. Apts are updated and very affordable. Heat is included in winter which is a huge perk. Good location too. Only thing missing is air conditioning."

Love the fact that we live in a secure building. Any maintenance problems are addressed in a timely manner. "I have lived in this apartment for 3 months now. The apartments are reasonably prized and have heating included. The electricity bills stay low for me as well. I love my walk to downtown. The locality is friendly, safe and maintenance requirements are mostly met on time."
