"I’d never been here before, and unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The pedicure was fine. I had a gel manicure taken off, which became a bit painful and extremely time consuming. I had a regular manicure after the gel polish was removed, and my nails were filed unevenly and in the incorrect shape, despite pointing this out. For the price, I expected far better quality. It is not cheap."

"30 dollars buys you NO customer service. 60 second foot massage. Little or no buffing of soles. No cuticle trimming. You have to tell them to cut and file each toenail — they won’t otherwise. In and out without any pampering, care, or craft. If you pay with cash they will give you lots of change and try to whip it away before you can make the decision to tip or not. Forget it."

"Went there to get an SNS and was very happy with the way they turned out. So much so that I decided to go back to get tips with gel on top. It cost me 80 dollars. Usually salons charge around 40-60 for the same thing that I got that day. Anyways, I went back with a friend and I got a fill and she got a full set. Her full set cost $120 and my fill cost $60. They do not have a set price written down for the gel tips, so they just change the price to whatever they please! No one should be paying $120 for a set of tips. Other than that, the service is great and the staff is very nice and they do a good job, hence the 3/5 stars"
