"Stacy was extremely nasty and refused to honor a gift certificate. She left me waiting for over ten minutes and refused to help any further. She told me she was getting the manager multiple times who I later found out wouldn’t be back for hours. It was very hard to get in contact with Diane, the manager who promised a free nail service on the phone, but after they refused to answer any calls or emails. The only person who was willing to help was Sun, but unfortunately, was unable to get Diane to honor her word and make up for the poor customer service from Stacy. Overall, a very poor experience and lack of care from management to remedy the situation. Also, the nails had to be redone multiple times before I gave up and left"

"If I could give this place less than one star I would. I asked for a gel pedicure and was never given a price. I opened a book beside the chair and said I would have a Green Tea Pedicure for $58. No one mentioned that gel was extra or gave me a price, until I was done and they presented me with a bill for $88!!! I got a simple Gel Manicure with a massage afterwards which was included in the green tea. This place is a scam and dishonest with their business. I could have 2 Gel manicures with that price, it was basic at best. Not to mention the women made me sit down in a chair and take the nail polish off and leave the salon with my nails worse than when I came in."

"I stumbled upon Nobleese one day when looking for a new nail technician. And I have too say finding Judy was the best thing ever. She is awesome!!! I am so particular when it comes to my nails, and she hits the nail on the end every time. She is always so accommodating to my schedule for I am very busy and never know when I have time. So if you need a new nail tech Judy is you lady!!!!!"

"My first pedicure since February, and FIRST time at this salon. Loved the whole SPA-like experience. It’s a HUGE nail salon, beautifully decorated, clean, and super sanitized. The moment you walk in, you stand in an area that mists you with sanitizer (safe), then they take your temperature. Because of COVID, it’s by appointment only, but there is so much availability right now. I called just before coming in to schedule a pedicure. The chair was sprayed down in front me, and then a single use barrier was placed in the foot bowl/tub. There’s a menu of services provided. Jina did my pedicure. She did a great job. It was a serene and peaceful experience. So relaxing. I gave a generous tip. Will definitely be back again. A major upside to the salon being so big is that it’s not cramped at all. Lots of space between chairs! I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re concerned about space and cleanliness."
