"Very rude service by James twice, I was highly insulted by his attitude about tips. First time he told me no tip on credit card and there is no sign posted saying that. Second time I gave cash tip and he looked at it and threw it away on the table, he did it again while polishing my nails. I will not be treated like this and will not go back again."

"I absolutely LOVE this place. After moving to Scarsdale from Queens about 4 years ago, it took me a while to find a new, local mani/pedi spot that does a good job and is not insanely priced. Since I found Elegance, it's been the only place I've gone. They take their time, use quality products, and include free paraffin for your hands with even a basic manicure! The polish lasts a long time too, it isn't thinned out like they do at other places. Great pedicure massage chairs too."

"Absolutely Horrible! I needed a gel soak off and after the soak the rude woman started filing my nails (uneven and crooked) and when I asked her to please be a little more even she told me I had to pay for a manicure if I wanted them even. How rude. Also a new customer man walked in and asked for a basic pedicure and they Upsold the green tea pedicure and when he said he wanted the regular she said "ok, a regular green tea" poor guy got tricked and taken advantage of. When I complained to the owner she told me if I wanted them evenly filed I should've paid for a manicure. I will never be returning. Poor customer service and dishonesty."
