Reviews
"I’ve been coming to this salon for years. My most recent visit was horrible. My manicure was uneven - nails cut crooked and filed at all different lengths. When I mentioned it to the nail tech she shrugged it off. When I mentioned it to the owner, she said “you asked for your nails to be cut short not even.” I didn’t know you have to ask for your nails to be cut evenly - apparently that’s not standard practice at this salon. The owner took no accountability for the nail tech’s error and offered no apology. Save yourself the headache of incompetent staff and poor ownership and go somewhere else."
"Very clean and very nice. Sean took care of me and did a wonderful job"
"Unfortunately I am having to edit my review. I gave 5 stars in November 2022. Over the last year and a half this place has gone downhill; the staff is always rushing you pushing you to this chair and leaving you there for way too long without explanation and the quality has gone down as well as the vibe and atmosphere. I was left with acetone on my nails while in for a gel manicure for half an hour with no explanation and my skin started peeling off simply because there was no staff to take care. No apology from the staff, and then a few people rotated in and out of my chair until finally a staff member came in and did a great job, however she wasn’t told what kind of nail pattern I wanted (I had told the original staff member). Overall a messy operation and wouldn’t advise at this time. Hopefully they return to what it was last year and are able to handle the volume or start making only the appointments they can handle."
"If you want nail art, go to Bella. She is amazing! I've been going to her for about a year... she never disappoints!"
"I used to love this nail salon, but the last two times I went I have been left disappointed. Most recently, I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. It felt extremely rushed, as I was in and out of their front door in under 40 minutes. I was the last in the pedicure chair and first one to finish, so I'm not sure if it was just the technician that was assigned to me, but it felt extremely rushed. There was only about a 15 second rub of lotion on my feet. I say rub, because there was no actual massage. Similarly, the technician barely put lotion on my hands and did not even put lotion on my fingers before she wiped the excess lotion off of only one arm. She did not work on my cuticles or add any cuticle cream. Instead, she painted the gel polish on top of my cuticles, which looks awful. I won't be going back here, as their attention to detail and customer service has fallen off tremendously."
