"From the initial meeting to the last, felt really taken care of by Joe (co-owner) and the crew. Great warranty on work. They were professional and most definitely customer oriented. The work is quality. Had a deck and a porch replaced and all windows on the main floor replaced. Also had an 8 ft. slider and exterior door replaced. Whereas the house looks more aesthetically pleasing it is quality work. Extremely happy with the quality. All the problems are gone. I'm so comfortable with the materials used to the perfectionism with which the were installed. No short cuts. Kept me informed every step of the way. "I recently replaced my roof with the work being done by HomePro Exteriors, Inc. The entire process was relatively smooth from start to finish. First, we have good recommendations from our neighbors in our development, I look at what they did in our developments, they are indeed good workmanship. Then me and my next door neighbor decided to contact Bill (the owner) to schedule an estimate for us. Originally I was told they would use GPS to measure the roof, but later they (Patrick with another assistant) actually come to my home to measure the exact roof area to give us a better/precise quote. The quote was reasonable as I look online to see what are the typical cost for the similar size. I contact Bill to resolves all my remaining questions, so me and my neighbor decide to go ahead with the contract. The rest is just waiting for Bill to schedule the work where he has a lot of jobs being queued up because there are a lot of demand of his good work from his team. He told us it will take about 2 weeks wait time. The actual installation was very close to 2 weeks indeed, but the Monsoon Rain put a damper on their work, it was delay for a few days. Then Bill called me the team will arrive around 7 AM, I was surprised he has a big team coming over, they were very efficient from start to finish, they make sure the jobsite outside perimeters are well covered first. The installation was very smoothly executed, I was surprised they open up my roof (by removing one of the existing ply wood ) and went inside my roof , they told me they want to make sure if I have any exhaust vent pipes not hooking up outside, they did find two of the bathroom exhaust pipes were left on attic floors which could have moisture issues, they hook them up to my roof with brand new vents , they told me they did it because it is the right thing to do for my house, with no extra cost/labor. BTW, The previous owner or builder left them there. In Summary, I highly recommend their Quality roof work, competitive pricing, professionalism, paying close detail during installation, also during clean up, they clean the gutters , they also make sure no nails left on the premise so that we don't any flat tires, and go over the work on the spot during installation when I ask the installer for questions."

"Working with Home Pro to replace our roof was so refreshing after dealing with other contractors in the area for our home renovation and various other projects. They were extremely professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, and were able to get us on the schedule very quickly. They gave us a very well laid out price estimate and made sure there were no hidden costs or surprises. On the day of the roof replacement, they had a highly experienced crew who were able to spot various other deficiencies we had as a result of using an unqualified contractor for our home renovation. Home Pro waterproofed our skylight and added venting from our attic that the other guys failed to do. During the process, they sent us various progress photos and drone footage when the new roof was complete. After the job, they sent a crew over twice to clean up any mess they made and left the area spotless. The roof looks great, our leak is gone, and we couldn't recommend Home Pro highly enough. We expect to be needing siding and window work in the future and will definitely be hiring them again. Joe is a nice guy who clearly cares about his customers, which makes us feel good about spending money to support his business."
