"Where do I even begin with my horrific experience at [Mechanic Shop]? This place is an absolute disaster, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from it. My truck was in dire need of repairs, and I trusted these so-called "mechanics" to get the job done. But what a grave mistake that turned out to be! First and foremost, their customer service was non-existent. I dropped off my truck early in the morning, and they assured me that it would be ready by the end of the day. However, after wasting the entire day sitting on pins and needles, I was met with nothing but disappointment and frustration when they finally called me to tell me they will finish it Monday :)) and my driver supposed to stay over the weekend. They had the audacity to claim that they encountered some mysterious issue that prevented them from working on my vehicle. I find it hard to believe that a professional mechanic shop can't handle simple repairs, and if that's the case, they shouldn't be in business at all. Moreover, throughout the day, I tried to reach out to them for updates, but they conveniently ignored my calls. When I finally managed to get hold of someone, they were rude and dismissive, offering no explanation or apology for the wasted time and money. Their unprofessional behavior further highlights their incompetence and lack of respect for customers. In conclusion, my experience at Orange County Truck Service was an absolute nightmare. They did nothing to repair my truck, wasted my entire day, charged an exorbitant amount, and displayed appalling customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your automotive needs. This place deserves to go out of business, and I hope that others can learn from my mistake and steer clear of this disaster of a mechanic shop."
