"Should have written this review the first time I went in almost a year ago. I am in the place every couple of days now and compared to other smoke shops in the area (central Queens not just Woodhaven) they are especially good in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of the products (no one else comes even close) 2. Willing to meet the competitor's price on stuff if their marked price is to high (you have to be a regular to do this I think) 3. Quality of various products (there is more in stock then meets the eye) 4. Super cool owner and employee (only one employee). I consider them friends not just shop keepers. (Never met them before becoming a customer) 5. Unlike many other smoke shops in the area all staff know the right prices and do not play games 6. Unlike many other stores in the area does not have "Richmond Hill Disease" (Closing way before official closing for no apparent reason) 7. Very high quality products for a fair price They also meet all the meta requirements for being a good smoke shop (the two staff members are clearly users of all the products that are on display and the ones that are not): Odd hours and unadvertised inventory. Update 11/23/22: Forgot to mention as a exclusively outdoor smoker who can't stand the smell of smoke in confined spaces it is very nice to have a smoke shop that is strictly non-smoking inside the store."
