"Excellent Representation by: Altman & An LLP, Attorneys at Law I recently had the opportunity to be represented by Altman & An LLP, Attorneys at Law. for the closing of my apartment at Great Neck Terrace, and couldn't have been more pleased with the results Jing An & her Paralegal, Fiona Lin provided my partner & I with. From my initial engagement with Ms. An, I was confident I was in good, sound hands, as her initial consultation was quite thorough & she took the time to spell out precisely how the process would unfold, and what she initially required of me (paperwork wise) and what to expect (timewise) once the sale of my unit neared closing. Fiona (Jing's assistant) kept constant contact with me to inform me of progress & to clarify any matters that required clarification, as well a guide me on how to deal with the last month's maintenance payment on my end (as the seller) and how that plays' out in the final itemized invoice come closing time. In my case, there was initially a contract between myself and a buyer, where the buyer decided to pull out while in contract, and Jing went above and beyond my expectations in making sure that I was well compensated for the time lost and expenses associated with my unit being off the market while she mitigated the situation between the buyers attorney and herself, all the time keeping myself and my broker appraised of where things were at, until such time we could legally reactivate my listing to sell my apartment. I can't praise Jing & her staff at Altman & An LLP, Attorneys at Law for their dedication to truly taking a caring approach to ensuring an above & beyond customer satisfaction. It was not only a pleasure to work with Jing & Fiona during the process, but finally get to meet them on closing day at their new offices on Prince St. in Flushing.
