"I called to reserve 6 wine bottles to be delivers by Thursday, 3 days later. I was assured that all requested brands were on hand prior to confirming purchase which required delivery. I also left my contact info to have him secure and confirm delivery. I'm still waiting for the call that never came6 days later. With so much competition, how can any business bypass a calling customer ready to pay? To the owner of this shop, you know who you are...
