"Worst liquor store in the Bronx, pricing is the same as your local liquor store. Store says closes at 9 but they’re already locking the door at 8:30. Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service. You know it’s serious because I don’t even do reviews"

"Not sure why this store location has a 4.5 star review. The review should be at -4.5 if you ask me. When a customer, even a prospective customer calls in, should be treated with the utmost attention and respect that the customer should expect from any given business. In this case, the individual that answer the phone was quite rude, felt like the call was bothersome and hanged up the phone in a rude way as if “I don’t care what you could say next sort of thing.” Let customer finish their greetings and acknowledge them as well, that shows a lot on be cordial and not a nasty individual. Be approachable all of the time and not just when customers purchase or not."
