"This was my first real estate purchase, and Mr. Kaplan did a great job explaining everything from the original contract through every rider attached to it to every paper the bank attorneys showed me. He added riders to protect me as a buyer and negotiated well with the sellers' lawyer to the same end. Due to trouble with my co-op application completely unrelated to Mr. Kaplan, there had been about a five week gap in communication between me and him. As soon as I sent him an e-mail to catch him up after the board interview, he was calling the management company on my behalf to find out the status of my application. I didn't expect this and was happy to know it was being done. At the closing, he had prepared me well and was ready to explain every new thing I saw that day. I feel very good about my experience with him. He is highly recommended."
