"Great small law office of two elder law attorneys and staff. We went to their Glendale, Queens office which was convenient for us. They were also available through the entire pandemic by telephone, fax, and email. Mr. Silvagni had full experience and provided suitable advice and legal services about wills, trusts, POA, and HC proxy documents, and real estate info re: aforementioned documents. Also provided info re: probate & surrogate court matters and responded to issues about Medicaid concerns. We had multiple concerns that would affect many family members. At times involved cultural (generational) issues that became contentious with family, but he managed to understand and and come to a satisfactory common decision everyone finally agreed to. Very clear, ethical, and fair with strong objective awareness on elder law issues to help us make decisions and plan well for decisions that can become emotional when multiple family members are involved.
