"New to town, went into browse and grab a couple bottles. Associate/owner? Extremely Rude and not helpful. Made it seem like my presence was inconveniencing him. Tried rushing me to make a selection and dismissive when asking about a specific wine for my wife. One and done with this place. Good luck if you go here"

"Find the owner very rude and 'scolded' me for looking through his inventory when I looked across the store to find what I wanted as i wasn't familiar with the store. The 2 times I've been in there since he's complained about people complaining about his prices and removing said products and having to pay Credit card fees. Good luck with your business, I won't be supporting this business any longer."

"The Owner… what a piece of work. Gets mad because I decline his help looking for bourbons. See’s me on my phone searching about a bottle I’m curious about. Aggressively walks towards me and says, “you’re making me nervous being on your phone.” I explain I’m looking up reviews on a bottle and asking my brother in law if he wants another bottle I found (not that it’s any of the owners business). He walks away annoyed. At this point I don’t want to even support this man’s business so I walk towards the exit and say have a nice day. He shakes his head and mumbles under his breathe. I take the high road and apologize that being on my phone offended him. He states “I like when people know what they want when they come in, I’m not here to babysit.” I told him I was likely going to buy two bottles until he treated me the way he did. I’m super easy going and find a way to connect with most people. But this man…. unreal."

"Very rude experience twice now. I went in looking for a specific item. I did not ask for help, but while I was looking, what appears to be the owner asked if I needed help and I described the item and said it was my husband's favorite. He said it didn't sound like anything he had and told me harshly that if my husband was the man who kept coming in looking for something he doesn't have to tell him to stop coming in. I told him he has never been in so it was someone else. While he continued to repeat it. I spent a few more moments looking to see if there was something similar that I could get instead of what I was looking for but did not see anything As I was leaving I politely said thank you have a great rest of your day and his response was whatever. This is not my first rude experience here but it will be my last as I will not bother going there again."
