"The mobile center is awesome!!! Karina, the representative working in cellphone kiosk is amazing. I went in to get a new phone, during the process of transfer and activation of my number, I messed it up by changing my mind about the phone. We ended up spending couple of hours to fix it, because somehow, something went wrong in the system and we needed to restart over . She did help me a lot. I recommend to see her about phone, questions or whatever you might need help with."

"The representatives working in the cellphone kiosk have no idea how the promotions from the cellphone carriers work. They would tell soldiers that they are going to get more money for their trade-ins than what they really would get. Personally, I had a terrible experience with one of the representatives that work here. I ended up returning a cellphone I ordered because once it arrived they gave me a completely different and higher price. I spent over three hours waiting for her to make the return. At the end somehow she managed to block my phone and I couldn’t receive text or calls. I had to go to an actual Verizon store to solve the issue. They don’t have any better promotions than what the cellphone carriers have. So if you want to avoid wasting your time and money, just go directly to the carriers."

"The Mobile Center is freaking awesome! I went in with a bundle of questions and the team up there answered every single one them. They’re extremely proficient when it comes to do their jobs. I wanted the iPhone X and didn’t know too much about it. They broke it down for me and told me everything I needed to know and more about the iPhone. I was pleased with the service and will be going back for more !"

"Dishonest return policy. States 14 days from the date of purchase in multiple places. Then has one section with a verizon return policy (14 days including the date of purchase trial period). Advertising one thing and then honoring less than that is shady business practices"
