"I was in an emergency situation that lead to my card being held up with over $2700 worth of charges on a 5 night stay that should have been much less. The owner is nice enough but the staff who hang up with out so much as a "is there anything further I can help you with" or even "have a nice day" is ridiculous. I simply needed a receipt for the charges to my card specifically yet upon calling the desk person hung up the first time with out so much as a hello & then the second time just hung up after I said thank you. I won't even begin to describe my walk-in experience the 1st time. Having owned business' & worked in the hospitality industry plenty its disheartening & infuriating."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms and common areas are very clean and bright. It is evident that a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining it's wonderful hospitable environment. The hotel's location is very good, too, because its so close to downtown Schenectady (5 minutes by car). However, it is just far enough outside the city to have good free parking. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet neighborhood and a plaza with a convenience store, liquor store, and decent Chinese takeout. A pizza restaurant and ice cream shop are also less than a block away. You'll rest well:)"

"Amazing customer service from booking to check out! Stayed one night with two adjoined rooms for a birthday sleepover / pool party and it was awesome! The pool was clean and sparkling, The hot tub was hot on a negative 5° day, and they had such clean fresh towels they were still warm on the shelf!"

"We came into town for a wedding and stayed a week. Each staff member we had contact with was incredibly polite and helpful. The whole facility was very clean and the room was comfortable. The hotel itself is pretty quiet. We appreciated that it wasn’t in the center of Schenectady but still close to everywhere we needed to be. We’ll definitely be back. I believe it was Chrissy that worked overnight- each morning she switched the lobby tv to Bluey so our kids could watch while we ate (and Mom and Dad got to drink coffee and wake up). She was especially wonderful. The restaurant in the plaza that shares the parking lot- J&T’s- is delicious and a great value."
