"Room was very very dirty and grimey… dried ramen noodles on top of the fridge, dried up old food on fridge handle, residue on windows and mirrors… stains all over the floor… dried up human excrements on furniture and floor.. tiles missing from bathroom… handles door handles all dirty and sticky and dusty… lamps dusty, ac unit dusty and yellow vents… very very poor experience… didn’t bother asking for another room cuz my guest and I were so grossed out… also didn’t bother with a refund cuz it looks like she needs it… all these reviews saying it’s clean probably cuz they like the owner… it’s filthy!!! Terrible motel… serious work needs to be done."
"I've never had an issue while staying at this motel. The rooms are kinda small, but for the price, you really can't go wrong. Centrally located. Plenty of places to eat or shop right down the road. Clean."
"I really enjoyed my stay!! clean rooms nice flat screen t.v's cozy comfortable pleasant affordable reasonable price would deffently return and they have also put alot of work into it the owner is a wonderful woman and a very determined hard worker who cares about her customer service and there is even a new coffee station !! "The owner (Anne) has a very terrible attitude, no customer service and racist. I can’t believe she knocked on our door at exactly 11am banging and yelling “It’s check out-time, you have to leave!” And even told me & my mom “I don’t care which Mexican Planet you came from!” even we are not Mexicans. I already reported and filed a complaint about this matter to the Business Better Bureau. This kind of unacceptable and inappropriate behavior have to be addressed immediately. — Vincent P."
"I would give this ZERO stars if I could. I spent a night at the Lawrence Motel last week while in town for business, and it was disgusting. The room itself had scum in the sink and toilet, the toilet wasn't flushed, and there wasn't any toilet paper. At the front desk/window, when I asked for more, the woman yelled at me. Even aside from all of that, but the same woman at the front desk who checked me in was unbelievably rude, and should probably take some time to clean the food off of her face before waiting on paying customers."
