"I called to order a fruit platter for a shiva call. Spoke to a very unsympathetic guy who rushed me off the phone. I understand they are busy, but I called prepared with my order and all he wanted to do is to hang up. The order has not been delivered yet, so I am not reviewing the quality of the product/fruit just the humanity and approach to a new customer who just lost two close family friends in a car accident. I wasn’t expecting a “sorry for your loss”, but a bit more humanity. He didn’t even repeat the quick 7 word note I asked him to include on it. I will call tomorrow to follow up with someone who has a bit more patience on the phone. Very upsetting experience to say the least."
