"One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctors office. Pediatrician no less. The moment I walked in was insults on insults, I left very hurt. A simple “let’s reschedule for another day” could’ve been a better solution. You don’t know what people are going through and to be so entitled to speak to a parent the way I was spoke to today unbelievable. I was also suggested to pay $200 out of pocket for the doctors visit so the doctor can be covered and then she would release the money once my PCP was changed and told me there’s no other way to help me. I never asked to see the doctor without the insurance, I was the one who suggested to reschedule because it was my fault but she kept insisting on paying $200 to see doctor immediately. Again, rescheduling would’ve helped this entire situation but the entitlement to belittle someone is just disappointing.This has nothing to do with the doctor and everything to do with the front receptionist I believe her name was Angelina. No matter the reschedule or didn’t change the PCP prior doesn’t give you a right to speak to me the way you did or lie on Google reviews. Do better. No one should be shamed the way I was today."

"Doctors G. Is beyond amazing. I’m so happy I switch my kids to her. She’s caring, takes her time with each kid and not only that she follows up on the child which I’m amazed no doctor does that. As busy as she is she makes sure she follows up on her patients. My kids love her. Highly recommend her!"

"Doctor Gianna is great. She treats kids and baby with a-lot of care and love. Every time I go she takes the time to explain everything to me and as a parent you always have a-lot of questions to ask and she’s always listing to you. Also I like that If I have a quick question, I just can call and she will give me instructions on what to do. Or If my kids are sick they will have appointments available the same day. The staffs are amazing too very caring."

My daughters always enjoy coming to her office for a visit. Dr. G is available to answer any questions. Not only do my kids enjoy coming to Dr.G’s office, but I get a mommy makeover thanks to her aesthetic services. Dr.G is exceptional in all things aesthetics including botox. Dr.G truly loves what she does! Five stars just isn’t enough."

"She have great and nice staff. Very clean and decent office. Great infection control office practice. Dr G is very thorough in checking my newborn, she takes the time to ask questions and educate. I felt so comfortable with her and from the first office visit I knew I could trust her with my first child! She has a great personality, kind, and compassionate. The first experience was just wow! I was anxious since I’m a first time mother and she was able to appease my worries. We are so lucky to have a doctor in Bayside like her. I 100% recommend her.
