"Had to wait 18 hours for and unload on the street with no open restaurants or restroom facilities, once they opened the were rude when I brought my disabled wife to the ladies room and told me we should have used the one on the other side which was adjacent via pass through of a coat/break area which was being used by only men smelled horrible and had no toilet paper at all. I just laugh and led my wife to the ladies room."
