"This is a very small version of the Tashkent supermarket. When I came, I didn't know it was that small. I came to buy specific things, but they weren't available at this location. I ended up getting plov to go. It was slightly warm, but I can't really complain about it, because it was not much left of it, plus it was around 8 pm on Friday. When I warmed it up the next day at home, it tasted really good. So, this is like a regular Russian store or any store with Uzbek touch)))) They sell fresh Halal meat in here. All the food is Halal. The cashier guy was very nice. Brooklyn, New York"
"I used to order lamb & beef shawarma from this place, it was 9$ and triple the size that it is now. Couple days ago I ordered it and it’s 15$ now and size of a Chinese food egg roll. This is terrible, how much meat can you put in there !!?? For 15$ make it little bigger !!"
"then they make shawarma at 11:00am, then at 11:15am, that is, you want to eat shawarma and they tell you after 15 minutes, no excuses, and so on. I do not recommend!"
"Got food is the greatest piece of all the Tashkent Supermarkets. This one is no different. Try hotdog special (only at this location)"
"Rude service from the cooked foods counter. Will never step in there again. I have been there several times recently & never got a welcoming friendly feeling fr the place, but this decided it. I was standing there waiting for quite a while for someone to help and no one seemed to come, but when I asked the register person how I could get something he spoke to someone who was sitting right behind the glass counter scrolling on his cell phone (so he was aware that I was there the whole time & never made himself known!) and the guy then stood up with a grouchy face & responded to my questions in monosyllables, visibly annoyed. When a man came & stood next to me he just turned to him & addressed him without excusing himself. This used to be a completely different and much better place before they either changed ownership or renovated 2-3 yrs ago, when I frequently shopped here & enjoyed it. There are other much superior places in the area now. It’s just a mediocre quick shop in the end. Overcrowded & poorly designed for shopping. Not worth the trouble."
