"Owners claimed there was damage to keep the security deposit and provided no evidence there were any issues (and we ensured there were no problems before leaving). Had issues with mice and insects (especially in the basement where their sound made sleep difficult occasionally). The Annex building has very few full bathrooms so if you have a large group definitely consider that. The location was nice, the town itself seems very cute with lots of shops and cafes, although I think next time I'll find a different place to stay."

"There's not really any privacy with the sleeping arrangements if you have more than 2 people in the Dome. As you have to walk through bedrooms to get to bathrooms. It also smelled mildly of urine/cat, but there was a cat tree and food bowl that suggested a cat is a resident when the house is not rented, so we mostly ignored it. There were rodents and bugs throughout the Annex property (specifically the basement), which is basically a frat house. It didn't seem to have been cleaned prior to arrival. The host stole the entire security deposit after claiming there was damage without providing any proof that the damage exists."

"Stayed here with a large group of friends. The water pressure was bad, there were mice running around in the basement and dead insects in the hot tub which was not maintained properly. The owner accused us of damages/stains that we were not responsible for and refused to refund our $1000 security deposit from a third party website that they ask once you've already made the reservation on Airbnb. Stay away!!"

"Rejuvenating and amazing! The house is spectacular. A one of a kind experience. The property has trails marked and had several nice walks on the land. There are also several hiking trails nearby and New Paltz was a quick drive away (~10min) to pick up any forgotten essentials."
