You knew you were going to run out today because you are very low yesterday, so why doesn't the manager hop in his car and go to ellenville or Poughkeepsie and get a couple cases of bags.??? God forbid you do something for the customer..... Maybe this is why your sales are down in Albany and other markets.... Profits before service & cleanliness .... If you reverse that.... Sales go up!!!"
"I bought yogurt that was 10 days past the expiration date! Later this week I bought a rotisserie chicken that smelled so bad. It smelled like the chicken went bad and they cooked it anyway. I wasted my money. New Paltz Shoprite has gone downhill over the years."
"Always finding a deal there but those digital coupons are certainly a pain in the butt a lot of times they don't load and if you don't watch your shopping receipt sometimes they don't take it off but other than that the fruit and vegetables are always good the delis and the dairy departments are always well kept and if ever in the ShopRite of New Paltz make sure you say hello to Susan"
"Front of the store needs a little TLC. It's a little deceptive, cause the inside is nice. I frequent the ellenville store, and its brand new, guessing I use that store as a benchmark. Shoprite in new paltz is good to go. Same quality food, same great service. Thanks guys, nice work!"
