"I have bought verizon prepay cards for years. The person at the counter asked if I was part of a scam and that she has to ask me this question!!! No one any where or any place has ever asked me this for a PHONE card! They need to get talked to . This is not a credit card prepay lady!"

"This is truly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to, in every way. The staff are useless, and the automated messaging system is labyrinthine and insanity-inducing. Even a simple operation like sending your prescription to a different pharmacy can take upwards of thirty minutes."

"I'm done with Walgreens! The pharmacy department is rude and uncaring. They never answer the phone! If you go there with a question you stand there and get ignored. Every time, my prescription is held up "due to an insurance issue" despite me telling them over and over I always pay for it myself. Have transferred to a private pharmacy in town...SO much better, and you are treated like a human being, not a nuisance!"

"I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order online, only to find that my order was consigned to Door Dash. Well, half of the order arrived and 20 minutes later I received a call from Walgreens telling me that the Door Dash driver left one of my bags in the store and could I come get it. I asked Walgreens to call Door Dash and get the bag delivered. They said they have not contact with Door Dash and I would have to call them myself and I confirmed that everything had been charged to my credit card. So, there are my goods, all paid for, sitting in a bag at Walgreens. Why was the second bag not given to the driver???? I called Door Dash and they said there was nothing they could do, I had to call the store. I asked them to dispatch another driver to pick up and deliver the other bag and they said they couldn't. My husband had to drive 30 miles to pick up the bag. Outrageous!"

"Honestly would never come here! The customer service is awful, there's a young girl who is just completely rude that works there. Before she was even inside the building she was being rude along with her friend that drops her off. Telling customers off and giving them dirty looks. What great customer service! Makes you feel not welcomed to go in the store to shop because of how rude she is and then you have her ride saying they are not the ones to mess with. If you are going to employ these young adults here that have no customer service and are completely rude, I will no longer be coming here. I'm not shopping in a store where I will be harassed and feel unwelcome because of this girl and her little friend."
