"Absolutely loved the queen suite. So spacious and inviting. Wish all hotel rooms were that way. Breakfast was great and hot tub was awesome after a cold rainy day at niagra falls. 5 stars"

"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was very smooth. Our room was surface clean , however don’t drop anything on the floor by windows or near head of board. Those areas were extremely dirty……. The shower was not easy to use the bathroom floor received more water than the tub ( flooring indicated this was not the first time ) . Love the idea of the hanging soaps and lotions in bathroom a definite plus. Pool area was very nice. Outside on the side of building where the “diamond parking spot is located “ is infested with rats . Not one or two I personally counted 10 running around when I stepped outside for some fresh air . So for the $300+ we paid for this room was excessive for the experience. The complimentary breakfast featured a wide selection of food , however doesn’t accommodate food allergies ( most places do not but worth a mention) . This was our first stay at this establishment not sure it will be a first choice when we return to Amherst NY. (We travel to this area approximately 4-6 times a year )"

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. The majority of my stays were several years ago while attending school nearby. This was the first time bringing my family and it was great as I had remembered it to be. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. We had a room with two queen sized beds that were comfortable. The bathroom was also nice, but the fan did not work. Not a huge deal. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. My children also enjoyed the pool prior to check out. For the cost, you get a quality room, quality hotel, and caring staff members who are attentive to your needs. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels and the experience is consistent. Great location in a nice town!"
