Hampton Inn Kingston

"After getting scammed by so many "4 star" motels that were really Section 8 housing with a few rooms for ovenight guests, this was a pleasant surprise. The lobby was clean and bright with a fireplace, complimentary coffee and cookies. Room looked recently renovated and was clean and spacious. Breakfast was the usual make your own waffles but they had scrambled eggs and sausge. Slightly better than the usual free breakfast hotel fare. Great location in Kingston, if that's your destination."

"Hospitality needs to follow their lead. This place is perfect in every way. CLEAN. Great service, everything in working order ( hot tub, pool, a/c), breakfast was really nice. Beautiful fireplace seating area. We loved it & will be back. Special kudos to all the front desk help"

"Had a very good experience with the hotel staff. The room was very clean and neat. The neighbors weren’t too noisy. The shower and bathroom was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciate the stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. Only thing to keep in mind, unfortunately the cab/Uber/Lyft service in the area was not really available and accessible."

"Though the place is good, my shower never worked. The staff told me I had to vacate the room for them to check. It was almost time for me to check out and drive home. Not a good experience. I booked this hotel to stay overnight as I was attending a wedding."
