"Bel was more than an accommodating host! Our 1st night there was on the lower level, it had a new tempurpedic mattress, but the AC unit was right next to the side of the bed where my wife was sleeping, and she couldn't fall asleep, The next day she was apologetic and offered to move us to 1 of the upstairs rooms - a larger room & it was great & no extra charge. The house, built in 1838 was so charming.She gave great advice of where to go and truly went out of her way to take care of us. To be fair, there are some minor negatives: there were gaps in the cleanliness, such as cobwebs, and she could really use some landscape help, but not enough negatives to decrease the 5 star rating! We would definitely stay there again."
"Bel’s inn is beautiful and spotless; the front porch awesome. It was perfect for a late afternoon break. Bel is an exceptional host — attentive but not intrusive. Breakfast was delicious. My room was comfy and quiet. I would definitely recommend this b&b as the place from which to explore Kingston and the Hudson Valley."
