"Showed up with a reservation no one was at the front desk for over 45 minutes (or anywhere to be seen). Pool/hot tub not in operation. Hotel is under construction. Elevator was broken, had to carry down all our luggage from the top floor in a dirty disgusting under construction raw staircase"

"They literally couldn’t try to have worse customer service. I was trying to email back and forth with Bernadette for weeks to try to book a room block for my wedding, it would take her weeks at a time to respond to simple email, when she actually responded she gave us different quotes every time. Finally got her on the phone to straighten everything out and she said she would send us a contract. Two weeks later this contract still never came, I try to call again and Bernadette is out, her replacement now tells me there’s no availability for our dates. Probably dodged a bullet with this one, now my guests don’t have to deal with the worst customer service in the area. You’re better off sleeping in your own car than trying to work with these people. Want a headache? Try to use this hotel for your wedding!"

"If I could give 0 Stars I would. I booked in March for a wedding in October 2023 with a wedding block. A month from arrival and I just found out that this hotel cancelled my reservation. NO they didn't contact me. NO they didn't offer to coordinate with the sister hotel down the street. NO they didn't comp me breakfast for a future stay. Out of the 20 blocked rooms, 12 wedding guest reservations were cancelled. I found out through other guests and decided to follow up on mine. The sales manager has no customer service qualities that are worthy of her title. Plus I can go online right now and book a room for 3X the price I was originally expecting to pay. What is the definition of price gouging? 100% do not recommend. Update-the hotel did email me a CYA cancellation AFTER I reached out to them. What could have been a 5 star review for good people doing the right thing in a bad situation will stand at 1 star and we have hotel staff continuing to make excuses."

"I would give it a 0 star if it were an option. I booked a reservation in March 2023 for a wedding September 23, using the brides prior block of rooms reserved for her wedding. Two weeks before the wedding I was notified by the brides mother , that 3 reservations were cancelled and mine was included!! I received no email, nor a telephone call. When I called to see if was true that my reservation was cancelled, I was told the renovations were not finished yet in my room so they cancelled my reservation!!! I was told to leave a message for the person in charge and I never received a call or email back. Needless to say, I had to scramble for another room 10 days before the wedding! Terrible customer service....I've never had a hotel cancel my reservations...Would never stay in another Courtyard!"

"The customer service is top notch. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day on the road. The fitness room was small but adequate. We ordered food from the bar and it was very good. We also ate breakfast at the bar/cafe area which was also very good."
