"I have had hearing problems since birth. After several hearing aids and several surgeries I gave up and lived my life in a quiet world. One day I decided to explore the new state of the art devices and went to Harmony Hearing Center. Their expert analysis, concern and knowledge changed my life forever. The hearing aids they recommended opened up the world to me and now I cannot go a day without those devices! I only wish I had gone to Harmony sooner but I am so happy with my new found hearing that I will not look back with regrets . Both Dr's continue to make sure that the hearing aids are working well and that they perform at the best level. I cannot thank them enough for my new outlook on life."
"Dr. Letzter and Dr Spatz were so awesome to work with! They helped my sister and her daughter (my niece). They were so patient and understanding and explained everything to us in laymen terms! Highly recommend them!"
"In response to your post Mrs. Young. Our Center has been serving this community for 35 years. We always have the best interest of every patient that calls for advice or appointments. You called regarding your child who is experiencing feeding issues. When you requested virtual therapy we advised that the best care for a child with feeding issues is in person with hands on care and monitoring during feeding. This is imperative to ensure your child does not choke on food for instance while feeding. This can be fatal. Therefore in the best interest of your child you were advised to obtain in person care at a Center providing the therapy your child requires. We understand your frustration however we provided you with our professional opinion and advice when you called for an appointment. You may wish to contact your pediatrician for a suggestion as who can provide this therapy and monitoring for your child. We wish you and your child the very best."
