"Great doctors and nice environment! Although the wait time a little bit long, it's worth the wait!"
"If you care about your health, do NOT go there. I’ve been with them for a few years now. Last visit was the last straw, it was so unprofessional. They’re unresponsive liars, with poor judgment. If you’re in their hands, then your health is in jeopardy. The story is, they said I’m eligible for paxlovid when I visited them, but they couldn’t get a positive test using the kit. Then they swabbed me for PCR, told me they’ll send it out and if it’s positive they’re prescribe me right away the next day, should be ready by noon. If it’s negative they won’t call. They also told me I can send over my own at home tested result to them for the prescription. So I went home waited, I self tested positive, but I didn’t bothered to send it since they did PCR, and I was very confident the PCR is positive. I hear nothing from them until next afternoon. Then I called them, thanks god I called! They DIDN’T even send out the test!!! Without notifying me. The front desk told me they have complications with my insurance, if I like I can go get it my self and find a lab to send it! Hello? How do I know where to send it, isn’t that their job? If there’s any complications, shouldn’t I be informed? Not only that, I sent over my self tested results, waited for them to reviewed and prescribe like they said. But, I didn’t get to hear a word from the doctor, I called multiple times, at last, the front desk said the doctor decided not to prescribe me! What? I don’t know who’s lying, the doctor suddenly changed the words or they didn’t even ask the doctor cause all I could talk to was the FRONT DESK. But I finally get one through urgent care days later. They WASTED my time, it’s crucial in any treatment. I could’ve been treated earlier! My symptoms got much worse because of them! Don’t EVER let them treat you like you don’t deserve it like me!"
"Coming to this office is always a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and opened to answering any of my concerns and questions. The doctors are always going above by ensuring I get thorough check up. Sometimes it may seem like it can be a lot, but the doctors are just looking out for your health and that can never be too much to do. Preventative care is important when it comes to your health and this office does an excellent job at it."
"DO NOT recommend this clinic. I arrived at 11:00 am today for my appointment but was told by the front desk to either wait a minimum of 2 hours or come back in 2 weeks for my medical reports. Another client in the clinic had also complained of waiting for over 2 hours. The front desk is not well trained at her job and cannot schedule appointments. Instead pretended she was doing me a service by canceling my current appointment and booking my 3 visits into one appointment another time so I would have less copayments. The issue is not with the copayments but rather the lack of communication between the clinic and clients. The clinic is severely understaffed and do not have the capacity to efficiently meet the needs of every client. However, rather than addressing this issue, the staff are taking out their frustrations on the clients. The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. They lack proper etiquette and training on how to interact with clients. No changes are ever made because there is also no way of reporting this misconduct as all the staff work together to ignore the clients."
"Don’t come here if you don’t have 3 hours to wait. The appointment is made for 1pm. Waited for half an hour and was told that the doctor went out for lunch!! Many patients are waiting. The front desk is very rude and don’t care about patients at all! The front desk is not willing to help you out in any event! Simply don’t care! Because of this, missed my next appointment!"
