"I believe doctor Budzikowski is an excellent doctor but he needs to get rid of his staff because he is only going to loose all his patients. The women at the front desk is incredibly incompetent and accusatory."
"her name was probably Katarzyna, the younger woman who was very nasty and disrespectful. If you want this to be a job for you who doesn't know how to talk to a patient, is going to be sent to some classes because of her anger and how to talk to a family member, or has to work somewhere without people, she is not suitable for this job work. I don't feel like going back there."
"Please avoid if you can. This doctor diagnosed me with a condition that I had no symptoms of whatsoever. He wanted to prescribe me very serious meds that were not even approved by my insurance (and thank God!). I was seen by two electrophysiologists in Mt Sinai afterwards and they couldn't believe in the story I told them. One of them was just petrified that this guy tried to prescribe me those meds for absolutely no reason! Same case with my mom, when I finally took her to another doctor, he said Dr Budzikowski obviously tried to kill her with medications. She was given Xarelto and Aspirin together and could have just bleeded to death. Horrible experience. He is a nice and (funny?) guy but we definitely do not trust his expertise. Frankly, I think he's dangerous. My mom's new cardiologist cut down her meds to like half. Crazy."
"Terrible, following the previous comment I too would love to give negative stars. The reception staff is probably one of the worst I have ever seen. These women act incredibly unprofessionally and are plain aggressive and abusive. They act as if everything is too much and would rather sit there and gossip. As if they have never left high school. God forbid you have a question or concern about your charts they tell you to go elsewhere and there’s no appointments for months. And we ended up going to urgent care which took better care of us, and even were shocked to see that the doctor never called or immediately scheduled a appointment about some questionable results. Doctors honestly kinda questionable since he’s so quick to prescribe anything and everything. As well as never really explains his reasoning as to why. Also be ready to wait two hours to get seen regardless of when you go. If you can, search elsewhere, it’ll help you in the long run. And definitely get a second opinion to anything he says."
"Dr Budzikowski is horrible! My elderly mom went to him as a PCP with an UTI, he did urinalysis and r days later gave her an antibiotic, a week later infection still there. I called for a stronger antibiotic and he flat out refused without a new sample. The 10 day old labs were no longer valid according to him. She was crying in agony and he rather see her in pain than give her a stronger antibiotic. BTW, the next office visit would have been the following Evening. Took her to urgent care, dr gave her an stronger Med based his decision on the 10 day old labs which I gave him a copy of and she is feeling better. Had she waiting for Dr. B, she would still be in pain. The only reason people go to him is because he and his staff speak Polish. Hard to find polish speaking medical professionals."
