"Dr Nidhi and her husband are very pleasant i must say. They take the time for their patients, unfortunately they need better front desk staff who has proper mannerisms in the way they speak. Their tone is very unpleasant and disgusting. Especially the blonde lady. I literally just called to tell them that my pharmacy sent in the prior auth request because when i called earlier the other receptionist said they did not receive anything from yesterday up till now! So i called the second time to make sure they received it. The blonde lady speaks with an attitude that prior auth takes a couple days and its the weekend. Maam i didnt call to hustle the process! i simply called to ask if it was received. You are too rude. This is really not the career for you if you got to speak like that. You know nothing about customer satisfaction."

"I found Dr Dugar through Zocdoc and have been with her ever since. I would like to say I’ve never had any issues with the Dr herself she’s a very professional, attentive and amazing doctor. The BEST thing about this office is the wait time. If my appointment is at 3 I get seen exactly at 3 the ONLY time I ever waited more than a few minutes was when I was a new patient and had to register. I’ve been with multiple primary care doctors over the years and usually end up waiting 20+ minutes every appointment. I got referred to an obgyn right beside her office which was very convenient so I do my annually around the same time in both offices (two birds one stone) Last year I had a few issues regarding the receptionists attitude I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but it did almost make me change my doctor due to that experience. I dislike giving small businesses bad reviews especially when the doctor is so nice and talented don’t let a minor inconvenience ruin your experience! Be communicative inform the doctor you’re not happy with the customer service and see if anything changes if it ever occurs. I’ve stayed regardless as I do not want to let my doctor go and the office environment has been improving a lot I no longer have complaints regarding the receptionist anymore. I will be updating my experience here."

"I wanted to go to the doctor because I had a sore throat and I had already gotten a negative pcr covid test. All I needed was to see my pcp and get my throat checked out. Instead I got attitude from her receptionist and was told to get yet another covid test even though my first one was negative and I honestly don't think she believed I had gotten one to begin with. She then said only if someone cancels would I be able to see the doctor. What good is a doctor if they're too scared to treat their patients?"

"I needed tests done and a physical for school. I got my results in 5 days and they did a great job filling out the paperwork. Plus, Dr. Dughar is really nice. I’m happy with the service here."
