"The people at the front desk are so rude and ignorant. They wouldn’t allow me to sit near my father (who wasn’t the patient) and we had waited for 6 hours and they had the audacity to “act smart”."

"The worst clinic. They never pick up call when you need to make appointments or ask for your reports. The front desk staffs are rude when they speak to patients. Worst service and wait time is very long. They take patients more than they can handle. And they never follow up on your appointments and checkup. I would have given zero star if I had the option."

"Worst worst worst front desk staff. First of all, she didn't know what is difference in Co-pay and Co-insurance. My card clearly says I just have to pay co-pay during the doctor office visit. And when the doctor sends bill to the insurance company, I pay the co-insurance after the insurance company process the bill. I know I have deductible not match yet but that does not mean she can ask any amount as co-insurance ($180 extra. why?). Co-pay is fine but why should I pay co-insurance at the same time when I am doctor's office. That's not co-pay. The way she talked to me is not acceptable and she didn't even listen when I tried to explain. Is that how to behave with customer? I was going to Dr. Rumana as she is very nice and good doctor even I moved far from Jackson Heights. From today's visit (because of front desk behavior), I decided not to go back to that place and don't recommend to anyone to go to that place."
