"Came here for a PCR test in Aug 2023. I had a really great experience overall. I scheduled an appointment over the phone because I wasn't sure if they would take walk-in's based on the info I saw online. The person who first registered me was extremely kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was great as well. The health center was VERY clean and organized. There were signs everywhere, which was helpful. The test that I received was actually a viral panel (COVID, flu A, flu B, and RSV), which was a nice surprise. My test results came back in less than 12 hours. I'm grateful this center and service exist, especially for people without insurance."

Everyone I met in the building was warm, welcoming and clear with directions: where to go, who to see, what to do, next steps etc. Shiiiiiid, if every government office ran the way this one does we'd be living in the year 2600 already.
