One Medical: Upper East Side 171 East 65th Street, Manhattan, New York 10065

"This is a review of the company, One Medical for those thinking of becoming a member, not this individual location. This is possibly one of the worst services I've ever used. I scheduled a remote visit and followed up with the admin team to ensure it was included in the membership fee. I received the following response from Gabi B.: "For Telehealth visits, we have 2 different types of visits. For regular remote visits, those are 30 minutes in length and get billed the same as office visits. For the urgent video chats, those are 15 minutes in length and are included in your annual membership fee" My appointment was 15 minutes - so I didn't question that it would be included in the membership fee. To my dismay, I received a bill for $195.20 for an 8-minute remote visit. I have called the billing department over 12+ times getting sent in a circle and reached out via email 4x of which none have been acknowledged. It has been 5 months and I'm still trying to sort this mess as One Medical refuses to acknowledge the false information it provided me and provide basic customer support. I will never use this service again and would recommend you save the $200/annual membership fee. This service provides zero value and is just an aggregator of medical providers in which you have zero price transparency (my virtual visit was 'in-network')."
