"Sometimes you ignore the low stars/ bad reviews and you get lucky. This time, can confirm the bad reviews/ low stars are for a reason. Doctor had a good rating on Zoc doc but cancelled 2/3 of my appointments last second and the last one she cancelled left me spending hours looking for a last minute one because it was around thanksgiving and I really needed it for a referral. Then there’s a weird charge on Aetna and the statement has been stuck in limbo for over 4 months so not even the billing person knows what it’s about. The weird charge is for something I absolutely know I didn’t get so it’s annoying that it was even billed in first place."

"DO NOT use MIMA for your annual physical if you are going through the NYS Court Clerk's Association. Co-pays are no longer waived so there is no benefit in going here instead of your normal providers. It is also very hard to get a response regarding problems- I tried for more than 6 months and am finally giving up."

The front desk staff and the medical assistants were very nice and helpful. The Doctors were incredible! I honestly feel that everyone who is associated with this practice was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I definitely will be returning and I highly would recommend the practice!"
