"Some of the staff are lovely and nice. I've gone for a whole year, and everyone has been very personable and actually are concerned. Which makes me sad to say I'm leaving and no longer going to any Bethany Medical Clinic. And this is why: I've noticed that I was being charged by the clinic biweekly for a good 2 months. I've email and called trying to find out what's going on, and nothing resolved. I kept on getting representatives saying that they cannot tell me what I'm being charged for but can only send me an itemized bill. Finally a representative told me over the phone what is it I'm being charged for. I say I don't want to be charged for that anymore and take my payment info off. Did that finally resolve? Nope. I get calls that I have a balance due and I get sent bills. I have receipts and statements saying that those charges were paid, and I am still getting them asking me for the same payments. When I ask why am I being charged for service dates I have receipts for showing that it was paid. They say those funds were used for different services and other things. And even with me sending emails and calling saying I do not want to continue this mysterious service, unbeknownst to me I was somehow placed back onto the service."

"Edit: They are literally being reviewed for fraudulent billing practices??? DO NOT GO HERE!! I should have read the reviews first as so many people share my experience. HORRIBLE service. i am so upset that it’s come to this point that i am writing a review, but i have been trying for MONTHS to get an issue resolved. Dr Caroline Ready informed me I would not be charged because she provided me NO service (I thought I was going to a derm appt), yet I got a statement for $60. They also had automatic payments without my knowledge?! Called billing department back and forth and they rejected my request for review. Had to contact my CC company to get the money back. For four MONTHS, I have been getting the same bill/statement. I have called the office, the billing department, back and forth over 15 times and they told me they will resolve the issue and it hasn’t. I cannot believe how incompetent this company is"

"The office in Murray Hill was horrible. It was in a basement. Then they billed my insurance completely wrong instead of billing as my yearly preventative check up. Then they charged me $325 for a 10 minute phone call to go over my blood work. My insurance is only covering half because of the way they submitted it. After finally getting someone on the phone, they refuse to re-submit it as part of my preventive care. Really disappointing. DO NOT go here."

"Dr. Peters and her staff are wonderful. I am a new patient and have seen Dr. Peters twice. The first time was for my annual physical and yesterday I received my results. They are all professional and proactive with my health care needs. Dr. Peters takes are time and is thorough which I think is important. She also made additional recommendations to see other professionals which has been helpful as well. I’m happy that I found a new primary care physician. I highly recommend you make an appointment with her."

"Staff is nice but it really shouldn’t take them 1+ hour to see me when I had an appointment. My appointment was at 11:30am and they didn’t see me until 12:35pm. This was basically in the beginning of the day and I’d hate to imagine how long patients after me were waiting for. It was a huge waste of my time as well because they told me to come in for my “abnormal” labs but I spent a total of 5-10 mins with the doctor since my labs were actually fairly normal. Feels like they are just trying to get me to come in to make money (which is understandable), but they should not have scheduled me at such a time when it would make me wait for 1+ hour. Also, minor thing, it took almost 2 weeks for my labs to come back for my annual physical. My annual physical was on 7/6 and according to my lab report, it was processed on 7/8. But they didn’t give me my lab report until 7/18 after I repeatedly asked for it (at least 3 times). Feels unprofessional."
