"I was at the Ryan Adair Health Center for the first time as a new patient. The check-in at the kiosk was rather detailed. I waited in the lobby and did not have to wait for long. The Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist were knowledgeable and friendly. The MD was also excellent, thoroughly assessing and confirming with the Supervising MD; both had a patient-centered caring approach. Overall, the staff, from the front desk to the MD's, were friendly, fast, and professional. I had a superb experience and will trust this Health Center to the fullest for future treatments."
"Wheelchair door was not opening despite ringing the doorbell 10 times. I even went to the window and knocked to let me in. Still door didn't open and nobody came. Upon finally entering, there was only blame towards me for not ringing the doorbell. No apology, no sense of responsibility, and the front lady refused service. WOW the level of Ego and disfunction and lack of responsibility at this "care clinic" is out of a distopian comedy."
"The dentist was very rude when he approached me specifically when I was checking the form, he sounded angry. I had asked if he can give me a prescription for my pain after that he informed me that I need a root canal. He said take ibuprofen or Tylenol but when I took ibuprofen and Tylenol (regular) the pain hadn't gone away."
"If I could do 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for the dentist last on 8/10/23 for 8/15. I was in significant pain which I explained while scheduling. I show up for my appointment and the first thing I am told is the dentist doesn't take my insurance. You wait 5 days while I am suffering to tell me that at the appointment time? After I explained the same I was granted a "Courtesy" visit. They took exrays of the affected area and then the dentist came in. The first thing he said was the problem was probably my implant (without any examination). Then he blew air to try to determine the affected area and again decided it was the implant. When I said I thought I needed a deep cleaning (This has happened to me before), he told me they don't do deep cleanings. Then he said the hygienist was at lunch. After serious begging he agreed to touch some teeth. My toothbrush would have gotten deeper. At the end of the day he provided no solution other than a prescription for antibiotics. When I asked about something for the pain he said, in front of the entire waiting room, that he was not giving me narcotics. Since when are the only prescription pain killers narcotics? And how dare he insinuate that I was angling for narcotics? After all of that I call the pharmacy and he did not put in the prescription. I had to make an appointment with another dentist to resolve the issue. What a waste of time not to mention the disregard and contempt for patient's health and comfort. I don't write reviews. I wrote this one because it was that bad."
