"Absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to have a therapy consultation three times now. First time was cancelled. Okay no problem, rescheduled. Therapist never called me. I call the center, my phone number is wrong in their system… even though they called me to reschedule the first time. Whatever, I really need counseling, so I reschedule again for this morning. The therapist did not call again. I will not be looking for care from this clinic any longer- although even if I wanted to, I’m not sure they’d provide it."

"I had a doctor visit this Wednesday. The doctor was very nice and professional. They assigned me a yearly check up. The worst thing is they didn't send any request or letter to the Quest Diagnostic where they sent me to take the blood and urine test. I spent my day visiting Quest and got no blood and urine test. Can you imagine how pissed I was? I wondered who made that big mistake. The assistant (male)I believe."

Very disheartening to see a female doctor respond this way towards other women. My normal doctor, Dr. SeeToe is absolutely incredible but having this interaction during a last-minute visit was enough to turn me away from the entire practice."
