"Sharing the experience of someone close to me. They scheduled an appointment at 6pm before the clinic opened that day. They received a confirmation email with instructions to arrive at the clinic 15 minutes before their appointment, and a confirmation code to enter at the kiosk. They arrived 15 minutes before their appointment and checked in. They waited an hour before being learning that the doctor had left for the day and the clinic was closed. They received NO information that their appointment was no longer available. A waste of time and energy - and serious irresponsibility by the clinic staff."
