"I’d give zero stars if that was an option. The provider I saw here is Marissa Yasgur. She was rude, incompetent and charged me an outrageous $443 and also sent me to an unnecessary urgent care that charged me $125. I went since I thought I had a cotton ball stuck in my ear. She said she could see it, made me wait to find the equipment, got the equipment in front of me and then said she doesn’t have the equipment (probably felt not confident with the process of flushing it out) and I should go to an ENT or ER. I went to Urgent Care and they didn’t find any cotton ball and said my ear looks absolutely clean. She went on to refer me to 3 other specialists that I didn’t need. Gave me zero medication or resolution. Furthermore, when I was explaining the issue she asked me stop, said there’s a process and she’ll ask questions. Took her forever to ask three questions while on her laptop. Then when I mention the cotton ball, she said oh I should have known that at the beginning of the session and blamed it on the front desk’s incompetency. It costed me a $450+$125 and a missed work day without any resolution to my issue."

"Very poor experience at this particular One Medical location. The provider was utterly incompetent, couldn’t resolve any of the issues, and overcharged $$$ for doing nothing. Recommend staying away from this particular location even if you’re really sick."

"I’ve been a member for about six years and have had great experiences (with rare exceptions) since joining. My GP at the Meatpacking office, Dr. Min, is incredible. He has an awesome, empathetic approach. He takes the time to really understand how you’re doing physically and emotionally, and makes sure you have all the support and resources you need to thrive. I feel in great hands with him. Also, all the offices I’ve been to are pleasant, appointments are usually easy to book, staff is professional and friendly, and managing health through the online portal is very convenient."

"Great Service! I called at 11am for a same-day visit and made an afternoon appointment (as an aside, I had causually asked if an earlier time was available, which it wasn’t). Happily I received a call back an hour later with an earlier time slot! Thank you OneMedical for making same-day appointments easy."
